Your skip may have been removed at the end of the agreed hire period, which is usually 14 days. Early removals can occur due to permit issues or expired hire. Please contact us directly if you’d like more details on the removal.

Additional charges may apply if you need an extended hire period.

All waste collected in your skip is taken to licensed recycling centres near Rotherham. We prioritise recycling and follow all relevant environmental regulations to ensure your waste is handled responsibly.

Unfortunately, mattresses cannot be disposed of in regular skips due to specific disposal regulations. If you need to dispose of a mattress, let us know and we can arrange a separate collection.

Please do not overload your skip. The waste should be level with the top of the skip and should not extend beyond the sides. Overloading the skip could prevent collection and may incur additional charges.

Plasterboard cannot be disposed of in regular skips due to specific disposal requirements. If you need to dispose of plasterboard, please inform us when booking and we can arrange a separate collection.

You do not need to be at home for the delivery or collection of your skip, as long as we have clear access to the location. If you have any special instructions, please let us know when booking.

When filling your skip, we recommend placing heavier items at the bottom and lighter, bulkier items on top. This ensures a safe and even load, helping you maximise the available space in the skip.
